High-efficiency heat recovery ventilation system with EC fans

Hexagonal counter-flow plastic plate heat exchangers offer thermal efficiency up to 90%. Our fans are self-powered with economical EC motors and operate silently. The metal casing is double-walled, with 25mm insulation material between the layers, ensuring both high thermal performance and low noise levels.

Free-Cooling

During seasonal transition periods (spring and autumn), when temperature differences between inside and outside are not significant, BSK heat recovery units automatically switch to Free Cooling mode by opening the built-in bypass valve. Air will circulate through this channel without passing through the heat exchanger, allowing direct cooling of the home.

Humidity control

The built-in humidity sensor can automatically set the BSK heat recovery unit to Boost mode when a certain humidity level is reached in the home, to quickly dissipate moisture and prevent its accumulation.

Defrost mode

We recommend equipping with a pre-heater for uses below 0 °C to avoid freezing inside the unit; however, to prevent this when no heater is attached, our devices automatically enter defrost mode when temperature requirements are not met. Defrost mode regulates intake and exhaust airflow to prevent ice formation and maintain the device's temperature at a safe level. We strongly recommend using a pre-heater for climatic conditions below -10 °C.

ModBus compatibility

Our units use the ModBus protocol to connect and communicate with the building management system and to report faults or periodic maintenance. You can monitor and control the device via a computer or a centralized system.

Pre-heater

For outdoor conditions below zero degrees, you must install an electric pre-heater to prevent ice formation inside the unit. This electric pre-heater can be connected to the fresh air intake of the BSK heat recovery unit.
