RCC 220 is an extremely flexible and compact residential ventilation unit designed for small houses and apartments. Based on an ingenious design, it is delivered as a true "plug and play" solution, featuring an integrated control panel and all necessary components for on-site installation.

Requiring only 200 mm of installation space, it is perfect for mounting in suspended ceilings, on walls (or inside them!), or in cupboards. Airflows can be electronically switched, so the same unit can be installed with indoor/outdoor air ducts on either the right or left side, depending on needs.

RCC units feature a galvanized metal casing and are delivered either individually, packed in a cardboard box on a pallet, or in a variant with four units per pallet, to reduce packaging use in an eco-friendly spirit and facilitate handling on construction sites.

• Demand-controlled ventilation, with integrated humidity sensor, reducing energy consumption during periods of low ventilation demand

• Summer mode, where the supply fan switches off to reduce energy consumption – open windows will allow cooler air from outside to enter

• Automatic free cooling through the integrated bypass function, which allows cool night air to enter on hot days to maintain a comfortable temperature

• Fireplace mode, which creates a temporary overpressure indoors to improve chimney draft

• High-efficiency heat recovery

• EC motors with extremely low energy consumption (low SPI)

• Requires only 200 mm of installation space

• Highly customizable units, with the possibility to add a wide variety of internal and external accessories

• Two humidity sensors, facilitating switching between left/right configurations

• Ready for easy installation of a condensate pump
