HRV for schools without the need for duct design

In addition to the HRV unit itself, which is designed for ceiling-mounted installations, the Flow800 range introduces new variants: Flow800 Steel, which integrates the HRV unit into a white painted steel cover for visible installations, suitable for both ceiling and wall placement; Flow800 Silent, complete with a white wooden cover for ceiling installations that minimize the aesthetic and acoustic impact of the HRV; FlowM800, where the ventilation unit is completely concealed, integrating into a white cabinet that blends seamlessly into spaces, providing easy access for inspections and filter changes.

Cabinet-type HRV simplifying design and management

The option of housing the mechanical ventilation unit with heat recovery in a cabinet makes Helty FlowM800 a practical and versatile choice for modernizing classrooms, kindergartens, and offices. The unit does not require complex ductwork design and can be quickly installed with two 250 mm core drills in the perimeter masonry. The FlowM800 is also available with air duct outlets on either the right or left side, offering maximum design flexibility in system integration and simplified maintenance through filters accessible via a side inspection door.

Air exchange and sanitization to ensure indoor well-being

Flow800 provides high air exchange rates without compromising aesthetics and acoustics. The airflow can be adjusted across six settings, from 300 m3/h (night mode) to 800 m3/h (maximum speed in hyperventilation mode), using the intuitive Helty control panel. Dual G3+F9 filters capture 90% of PM10 and 80% of PM2.5 particles, supplying purified and oxygenated air indoors while preventing the ingress of smog and pollen. Opting for versions equipped with bipolar ion sanitization devices further reduces the risks of airborne microbial, bacterial, and viral contaminant distribution, leading to energy savings.

Thanks to the enthalpic heat exchanger, the Helty Flow800 HRV unit ensures a thermal exchange efficiency of 80%, changing the air without compromising the building's energy performance. The minimum acoustic pressure of 21.5 dB (in the Silent configuration) and the option to choose the Pure version, equipped with a hygrometric sensor, CO2 and VOC sensors, transform Flow800 into a discreet and intelligent HRV system, capable of autonomously regulating air exchange, ensuring maximum comfort in any environment.
